YOUR NEW ROLE

To support the HR Manager and Directors with the day to day administration of the HR Department and also Health and Safety support across the business.

You will act as the first point of contact within the HR team

Manage all holiday requests across four offices and monitor absence and sickness. Create reports and data and collate all required paperwork for long-term sickness and medical issues.

You will prepare all new starters paperwork and induction records, and also manage the leaver's process

Work alongside the Marketing Team to produce Job ads for the website, scheduling of interviews, gaining candidate feedback.

You will work with the team to devise and maintain Health & Safety procedures which will include updating risk assessments, keeping fire records, updating first aid details, insurance updates and ensuring all data is accurate, easily managed and in line with data protection policies.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

Previous experience in an Administrative role and a proven record of working with confidential information

To be highly organised, have the ability to multi-task and to keep calm whilst working in a sometimes pressurised environment with strict deadlines to meet.

A pro-active approach with a high degree of initiative

Naturally, a people person with the scope of interacting with individuals at all levels.
