Business Administrator opportunity, working for a great company who are continuing to see growth in their business.

As an experienced Administrator, you will support the Operations Manager and Customer Service Team.  

Key Responsibiliites

Experience working with Microsoft Office, with particular experience in Excel

Creating spreadsheets for reporting purposes

Preparation of Quotes

Assisting with inbound calls, but also chasing up customer quotes

Key Skills

A polite and professional telephone manner, as you will be dealing with customers

Organised and have a methodical approach to your work

Very good working knowledge of Excel and working with spreadsheets

Ability to collate data for reporting purposes.
