This well-established Training and management company in Coventry has an opportunity for an accomplished and experienced Finance Manager (ideally qualified, part qualified or have studied) to join its busy young team.
As the Finance Manager you will ensure smooth running of the day to day accounts function reporting to the Director. This is a hands on role with responsibility for the preparation of management accounts, costings, balance sheet, VAT returns, bank reconciliations, purchase ledger, sales ledger, payroll administration and budgeting and forecasting. There will also be implementation of systems and procedures as the company goes through a stage of growth.
The position will suit a flexible hands on Finance Manager with some evidence of studies on their CV, who is used to working in a small to medium sized business and implementing changes. Strong communication skills are a must, as well as the ability to work to tight deadlines.
