YOUR NEW ROLE

To support the HR Manager and Directors in the management of Employee Relations

Manage all holiday requests across four offices and monitor absence and sickness. Create reports and data and collate all required paperwork for long-term sickness and medical issues.

You will prepare all new starters paperwork and induction records, and also manage the leaver's process

As an HR Assistant, you will work closely on the Recruitment process for the business, creating job profiles, screen potential candidates, scheduling of interviews, gaining candidate feedback and identify new ways of sourcing the very best talent.

You will work with the team to devise and maintain Health & Safety procedures which will include updating risk assessments, keeping fire records, updating first aid details, insurance updates and ensuring all data is accurate, easily managed and in line with data protection policies.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

A minimum of 12 months exposure to HR Administration will be required

To be highly organised, have the ability to multi-task and to keep calm whilst working in a sometimes pressurised environment with strict deadlines to meet.

A pro-active approach with a high degree of initiative

Naturally, a people person with the scope of interacting with individuals at all levels.
