To monitor team performance to ensure continuous improvement
Identify areas and provide suggestions for improvement
Provide feedback on audit methodology, produce quality review and findings report
Participate and lead appropriate project work on Quality improvement
Quality Audit Review and champion customer satisfaction within the target audience
Work closely with colleagues and determine training requirements.
Key Skills & Experience
Experience of working in a Quality role within a BPO environment.
Exposure to Financial Services and ideally have worked in the Automotive Industry
Strong organisational skills, and a discipline in following plans and actions through in the agreed timescales.
Proven analytical and problem-solving ability
Previous experience of meeting SLAs and quality targets, and of working on project delivery and improvement plans
Competent with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Attention to detail and processing accuracy essential
