We are on a mission to find an exceptional Recruitment Specialist who has significant experience in a recruitment role.  Ensuring the best talent is identified for the business, making use of all resourcing tools available. Recruiting the right people to take the business forward.

You will be working for a multi-product specialist offering a wide range of engineering components and technical services to all areas of Industry, 

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify the appropriate recruitment path for all vacancies across the Region
  • Design and develop internal and external job adverts
  • Be responsible for reviewing and updating the Recruitment process and manage all service level agreements
  • Be involved in training Senior Managers best practice in all areas of recruitment
  • Arrange and attend interviews, plan assessment centres
  • Ensure the Candidate Journey is a memorable one for all the right reasons

Why are you the Ideal Person

  • Previous experience of working in a Recruitment/Resource Partner role
  • Have a good understanding of current Recruitment practices
  • Knowledge of the Industrial Market and associated products/consumables
  • Not essential but CIPD qualification is desirable
  • Experience of creating stand out Job Profiles and Specifications.
  • Happy to travel to various locations across the country
